Bowling Green won its last three games vs Central Michigan, by 45-35/23-3/38-14 scores, but Chippewas are 4-0 in MAC for first time since 1990. Central is + 7 in turnovers last two games, with nine takeaways- they're 2-0 as favorite this season. Home side is 7-4 vs spread in last 11 series games. Falcons are 3-1 in MAC, losing 38-3 at home to 4-0 Kent- BG's last four games all stayed under total.
Virginia-North Carolina is game between two struggling teams, a combined 3-10. Home side is 16-4 vs spread in last twenty series games, with host winning four of last five SU. Tar Heels lost last two visits to this site, 37-27/56-24- they beat UVa 7-5 at home in last year's meeting, but UBC is 0-5 vs I-A teams this year, giving up 34.4 ppg. Cavaliers scored 28 ppg in last three games, but lost last two, allowing 59 points.
Utah got crushed at Wyoming last week, trailing 31-0 before two late TDs made it look better; Utes are 2-2 on road- they've given up 7-0-7-7 points in their wins, 31-36-31 in losses.
