Re: Aftermath MLB Systems (May Edition) 5.24

Yesterday's Recap, May 23
Probably the worst day of the season by far. -1660. I am one of the most honest out there and won't find a positive thing from yesterday because there were a ton of losses. Alot of seasonal records are being broken this week. Quickest to $5000 and now the worst day of the year undoubtedly. The key to these systems is to use proper money management. If you are just starting out you should know that when a system is on a hot streak it will eventually be due to not win in the first game. You have to think 60%-65% will win in game 1, so with 9 straight game 1 system winners put out recently, chances were that there would be alot of non winners in game 1. Also I've had questions on line moves. With these system plays line moves rarely matter. Maybe 1 out of 10 games. Maybe even 1 out of 20. There may have been 1 game this season that had lost or pushed due to a line move. Now with the total system, it went 1-5 yesterday. Now this system could go 1-4 today, could go 5-0, it could go 3-2. These will also be played over the next 2 days unless there is a 2nd loss that occurs. Games that lose the first 2 have a 50/50 to hit in game 3. I won't play these becasue 50% is a losing proposition. This year, game 3's after the first 2 lost are 2-4. So even though the odds are in out favor if it came to it, I would play a game 3 with caution after the first 2 lose. Overall a big losign day but the only thing that you hope for is a solid weekend finale. I also hope not too many people went big for whatever reason on just "last nights" stuff because that is poor money management and a bankroll killer. Patience is the number 1 key to winning in sports betting. Money management is right there at #2. If you don't have both of those present while wagering it spells disaster. Again there is not one perfect system out there, so after day 1 it does look bad but lets see what days 2 and 3 bring.

Waever against Danks which should be a classic match-up. both of these guys looked impressive previously against these line-ups. We'll see how it goes this afternoon. Weaver has only allowed 1 earned run in 3 outings against Chicago, in which 2 of them were on the road. Danks faced LA once on the road though not allowing a run. Will history repeat? I highly doubt it but I still think these guys can go pretty far in this game and not be harmed that much. I personally look for both starters to allow a couple in the early going and settle down late. Weaver has struggled a bit on the road this season so look for him to only go 6 innings today. Think Danks could go 7, all depends on how the game is situated. I personally like a 4-2 game with 6 crossing still leaving some breathing room for some late runs. I also lean on the Royals/Jays under 8.5 (6 runs total) and the Brewers/Nats over 9(at least 11 score) today but I am sticking with just the top total play today due to yesterdays disaster. Can't over do it today so I'm keeping the card at neccesity only.
