NBA Thoughts
I can't really fathom this 9 1/2 point line in favor of the Lakers. The Celtics ahve outplayed the Laker team in every facet. Jackson crying about fouls is nothing new, however POE earned everyone of those fouls, as he had Lakers clinging to him every play. With Perkins slowed, maybe this is good for Celts, as POE is more athletic running the floor. That being said, I think the Lakers start this game of wild, full bore, trying to get the crowd to roar. After the 1st half, the game will settle down, and Boston should chip back into the game. Think the Lakers will win, mainly because NBA and Stern want to see a longer series, after singing the throwback tune nonstop but am not sure if they will cover.
