This was a recent season stat compiled by our accounting department here. This is the POD in the NBA month by month. Just thought it was interesting and wanted to put it up:

NBA POD for the 2007-2008 Season:

Oct- (2-0)
Nov-(9-8)
Dec-(7-6)
Jan-(10-6-1)
Feb-(9-10)
Mar-(9-13)
April-(14-6) (Ended the Season on a 32-16 Run ((66%))
May-(15-8)
June-(3-2)

Overall(78-59) (57%)

Recap:

October was sound, November and December was relatively even, January was strong, struggled a bit in February and March and closed the Season on a 32-16 Run in the POD for 66% and closed the Finals with a 4-2 finish including 3-0 on Totals.

Just goes to show the season is indeed a Marathon and not a sprint as the cliche holds true, the Season is long folks, let it be the NBA, NFL, MLB or my favorite, the WNBA, just take your time, be selective in your plays and things will work out with research and patience.
