Re: MLB Road System 2008

yeah i agree with u, i mean if we have to chase the money line we might want to go on 0.5% of the bankroll instead...becoz it could be big.I mean if we win a lot of the series form the get go, that would be fine, but whats the guarrantee that one of the few series that we lose wont be among the first we play.
Joe let me know what u think as in how many units we should have if we follow both?
i want to have between 5-10k to this system so am wondering?
Anyways anybody heard about the 1st inning system(well not really a system, but betting on certain teams to have a run in the first inning?..same amount everytime they play)

Cubfan... you are correct... 14 (I forgot to add in the o/u's) and those are all correct.. I'll be making daily updates to ensure everyone gets all the games. I'll probably post the night before.

Income, I believe this year I will be using ½% of my bankroll. I would recommend having between 150-200 units available to use.

Finally, yes... it would seem like a lot, and 1 loss can typically wipe out 100 units easily. However, in a chase system, the odds are on your side. (Think about it, we need to win 1 out of every 6 games... thats 16.666% - which means we can lose over 80% of the time with no worries) I'm willing to take those odds. In addition, your unit size shouldn't be large enough to wipe you clean with one loss anyways. Just be patient and let the system do its thing. PeptoBizmal works well too :-p.

Of course i cant predict the future but if play the following units with an average number of 300 (to make the numbers even) units per season should come out to

$25 x 300 = $7500 for baseball season thus $5000 for starting bankroll of 200 units

$50 x 300 = $15000 for baseball season thus $10000 for starting bankroll of 200 units

$100 x 300 = $30000 for baseball season thus $20000 for starting bankroll of 200 units

ive only checked for a few teams
but it seems if you played the run line of 1.5 that works out as well too. but then again i didnt check every single team. I am almost tempted to play $25 with the system and $25 with the run line and just regular $50 on the over/under

1 week and counting

Joe have you actully used this system for real or is this in theory. If you used it for real how much have you made the last two years?

Re: MLB Road System 2008

Cubfan.. I usually few 2 or 3 different systems during baseball. This one (being the most profitable) fished in about $8000 in `06, and just under $13k in `07. I use ½% of my bankroll as a unit at the beginning of the year, and then update it after the all-star break. The key to this system is just being patient. At times it will get messy, and WE WILL LOSE !!! I don't want anyone thinking we are going to just go 300-0. It will end up more like 410-2. But just stick with it, and DO NOT GET GREEDY!! Patience everyone. We have over 400 plays this year, so sit back and relax grab your stomach meds, and enjoy the ride

Re: MLB Road System 2008

Dh? I don't understand where you are coming from. We play on teams that go on the road for at least 6 consecutive games, and how we play them are in the 1st post.

Hope that clears things up.

Re: MLB Road System 2008

Are there any sportsbooks that are the best in terms of baseball betting lines? Getting in on -120 vs. -140 can be huge.

As of now I have a sportsbook.com account and 5dimes account to shop the lines for BF's NBA system.

Re: MLB Road System 2008

well, I'd get out of sportsbook... I believe cubfan? maybe would tell you the same... I've heard so many horror stories about them.

Personally, I use 5dimes and Bookmaker.

Re: MLB Road System 2008

I use Bookmaker. No complaints.

Jojo, just to clarify, the NBA system is Bigfella's, with healthy contributions from Merrick and Daviddaman (who seems to be MIA), among others. I want the right people to get the proper credit they deserve.

JMoney - I could not find how to post a file so I created a wiki that you could post the spreadsheet to. capper's lounge Home - capper's lounge

Click on the MLB Road System link to the left. Click the "More Tools" link at the top. Then click "Add attachment".

If you don't want to use this thats fine or if you want to send the spreadsheet to me I can post it for everyone. I can create a page for every system so we can have one stop shopping for spreadsheet requestors.

The best for baseball juice will require you to have solid BR and spread your $ around. As for me I do use these for Baseball.

Thanks WT. I'm going to be using a $2K bankroll for this system so that will give my $400 at each book + and sign-up bonuses after betting numourus times with this system. Let me know if their are any referrals I can use so you can get a bonus as well - Jojo
