I like Tampa at a great price to give Wang and the Yankees a tough time, they are on a great 10 game home winning streak. I think the Rangers are a better team than Seattle and Gabbard is a potential superstar. If the Dodgers are to halt their losing streak, it most likely come with their ace on the mound. Basically even money on Penny is a steal. A rare fourth pick will be on the A's to take down Byrd as the Indians come off a double header and used up their star pitching.
