Took a big hit yesterday oing 0-4 (-8 units). Hoping to get back on track today. Today's plays are:

Toronto (+170)
Oakland (-1.5) (+165)

Your line on Oakland is screwed up. Where can you get the dog for -1.5 and who would want to?

It's the reverse run line, most sports books have them. This one is from The Greek, On this game I would rather have Oakland at -1.5 for +165 than have them to win at +104, I just think it is a better value. I have done very well this year taking underdogs on the reverse run line. A good example was the other night when I took Kansas City (-1.5) over Minnesota for +205.

Diamond has reverse run lines as well.

I monkeyed around with a system where you bet both sides of a game taking the ML and the RL when they had plus values for both. Wonder how that would work with your reverse RL? One side or the other has to win by 2 runs but that happens quite often so you lose one bet and pick up the other side or lose both bets if neither team covers. That make sense to you?

I like the idea. Kind of ironic that the day I explain the reverse run line to you it costs me win, oh well.

Well, you almost made it...and I DO like your style of betting. It's something that more of us should use. A losing record with money in the pocket is a good thing.
