IC: May 26th (491/795)

MLB Below:

*13 in a Row CL Contest is Finalized! The contest starts conveniently on June 13th. Frito will be the moderator. The rules are in that thread. Looking forward to a heated contest. It is the first one to 13 correct picks. As soon as you lose, you return back to 0 and must start a new streak. Remember, you must be a member of the site and must register through Diamond Sportsbook through the banner on the right hand column (minimum deposit of $50) but it is well worth it considering the poker contests to come, monthly baseball contests that are occuring and plenty of football/college ball contests to come in the fall.

*New Baseball contests starts May 28th. Other Baseball contest still runs through Pre-All Star Break. This contest is based on Units. See Contest Thread. Once again, Diamond Member through the banner on the right and minimum of $50 deposit, but well worth it. Old Members are automatically eligible. Link provided in that thread. Looking forward to many more new members this team around. Prize Pool Total $250.

*NBA Contest Finalizes Once the Finals are Over. $500 up for grabs and Hammertime currently has the lead.

*I know there are many members working on betting systems, please post those Systems in the Hall of Fame Systems Forum. Please post your betting systems there for all to review, learn and give feedback so as to benefit the forum as a whole.

41-24 (9-5)
5/7 w-days

Padres -117 (Wsex)

I had this game pegged for today as I didn't like anything in beaver today. By the way, I will be wary of going against the silver stars at home. I like the Germano kid a lot. What more can you say about this kid? He is 2-0 with a 0.47 ERA and obviously Vegas is showing him some respect to setting the total around 7.5. There is a chance that he could get passed up for the start by Clay Henseley but I doubt it and I think the kid wants to stay in the padres rotation as my personal belief is that David Wells might have to take the back seat eventually if the kid continues to pitch as well as he has. What a sick rotation the Padres will then have? Peavy, Maddux, Young and Germano? Yikes. Germano is 6 foot 3 and in 3 starts, has given up 1 run and 3 hits to the Braves, 3 hits and 0 earned runs to the Cards and 6 hits and no earned runs to Seattle. I was on Vargas in his last start and was fortunate to win, but he has been on the edge a bit too much. Vargas has given up 8 earned runs and 13 hits in his last 2 starts and I like the young kid to keep his hopes alive to remain on the team in the rotation and pitch well. It's a late game, so I won't be able to catch, but hopefully it cashes. The Brewers are 1-6 in their last 6 overall as an underdog, 2-7 in their last 9 in San Diego and the Padres are 25-9 in their last 33 home games. That's what I'm playing for tomorrow gents - gl on whatever you're playing and looking foward to reading what you're going to be on today.

why not, if anybody should, he should !

Guy's- we'll let IC answer for himself, but I guarantee all of you that he will not be going tout anytime soon.

I would not be against it. For two reasons:

1 - It is the American way. If you have a talent, then you can use it to start a business and make money. Isn't that what capitalism is about?

2 - It would be nice to see another respectable tout in the business since there are so few.

Re: IC: May 26th (491/795)

very well said DOC,
imagine the positives that would come from (toutism), (is that a word) it is now.
people would be able to get more personalized attention which brings more confidence in your wagering, which means that you could & would feel more comfortable placing a little bit higher wager than your used too once in awhile because then you would have the assurance that you will get some winners for sure. it all then comes down to your own money management. that's the most important thing of all when paying for & using a (so-called) tout. you can't wait for their direction, you need to know that after a loss or 2 (which will happen) you should double your normal wager with said confidence. because you know a winner is coming after seeing for so long the consistency. brother (IC) is i'm sure, the most consistent capper that any of you have ever seen or will see. that in itself gives him all the right in the world to make a few bucks if he so chooses to. so what if the free rides stop. you pay a few bucks and keep winning as always, what's wrong with that ?

Re: IC: May 26th (491/795)

I personally think that he will not go ""TOUT""....because i think he mentioned that this is just a pastime for him,his main "baby" is the medical stuff...and once he does finish off from that he'll be making the ""BIG BUCKS""...so touting may not even be on his mind....LOL...but if he does go tout, then it may be to only help out his charity even more. That's what i think......and "TOUTING" to help out a charity ain't a bad idea.Just me two lil cents!!!!!

Diablodan.
