Can you IMAGINE what Steroids would have done for Ted Williams??? Put him on the juice and give him back the 4+ seasons he missed due to military service...

Yeah, no kidding. I actually forgot about that. There are a lot of great players that missed 3 or 4 years out of their prime playing time in their careers due to military service.

You're right Stock, quite a few, guys like Dimaggio, Feller, etc. Williams fought in TWO wars and still hit 500+ Home Runs.
