Re: 2007-2008 NBA Road System Season Thread

In past experience I am famliar with players designating 1% of their bankroll to 1 unit.... I am closer to about 3% of my bankroll as a unit. This varies from player to player. As long as you have the bankroll to back the system you can assign whatever value you are comfortable with as long as you don't change it throughout the season. Of course this all differs according to your bank roll, good luck all....

Re: 2007-2008 NBA Road System Season Thread

I've been using about 2.5% of my bankroll as my unit size. It's been good so far, I was just worried about if we get to the 5th or 6th game of a series if my bankroll would cover it.

Re: 2007-2008 NBA Road System Season Thread

luckily the spread for the lakers/cavs game has moved quite a bit...

when i went to bed Cle was -1, I now wake up to see LAL -2.5 which I obviously like much better. Still not the most comfortable bet on the cavs considering they are horrible and the Lakers probably in the top 5 or 6 teams in the league.

Taking my chances though,

Cavs +2.5 to win 2.1 units

Re: 2007-2008 NBA Road System Season Thread

cavs win... another road trip, and another 2 unit profit, it's becoming a broken record. Now since the start of the thread 7-0 ATS, 8-0 O/U for a nice 15-0 overall for 15 units.

Like I keep saying, it's almost too good to be true, the data speaks for itself... THIS THING IS UNREAL!!

a bit of a break now, boston and minnesota both start road trips next week... however both teams are right now top 5 road ATS. Yes i know, hard to believe but minnesota IS in the top 5 road ATS.

We will see how it shakes out before those teams hit the road, and see if we have some plays or not

Re: 2007-2008 NBA Road System Season Thread

Keep playing the record and dont get tired or bored keep cashing and cashing cause this broken record always comes together again.

I read the posts and it seemed like there was plenty of nervous feelings going against the Lakers just keep in mind the road takes em all down if not sooner but def later.

Keep in mind that for those who just can't follow this system ( as crazy as that is ) you could always pick a spot and go for a SCORE but slow and steady is the way to go here.

Re: 2007-2008 NBA Road System Season Thread

just to quickly update where we are...

there are no plays until the 26th, which on that day we have both Boston and Minnesota starting a long road trip. Minnesota's actually has already started, but we will start tracking it from the 26th due to the long rest period they had between game 1 of the trip and their game on the 26th.

Next thing... The Celts and T-Wolves are both top 5 road ATS so we won't be playing ATS in either of those road trips. We do however have the O/U still to play on the those trips.

All that said the plays for Wednesday are...

Bos/Sac Under
Minn/GS Under

both to win 1 unit

Re: 2007-2008 NBA Road System Season Thread

Hey all,

Just been reading this and attempting to take it all in... lol

I have a few question, I would like to get this right...

If i was to bet on the 26th, and boston goes over the total points, what would I do then ? would I bet on them again next game, but double the wager ? and what does juice mean ?

Sorry, am new to this, have been betting on BBall for a lil while, but it is almost impossible.

Thanks, and I will be checking back on this thread, looks like you are on a roll

Re: 2007-2008 NBA Road System Season Thread

Yes. If the Boston total goes over we would follow it up with a double play the following game on the under. The juice is the commission the book takes on a loss, usually 10%.

Merry Christmas

Re: 2007-2008 NBA Road System Season Thread

I strongly encourage all who are playing the unders to wait just before gametime. As the o/u's have went from 188.5 to 190.5 and from 208.5 to 210.5 and we will be taking the unders, so the swing is our favor. Good luck everyone.
