how bout you get 64 ppl . each person gets a team. then you go by the spread. If your team covers then you move on. If your team covers but you don't win the game, then the winning team is your new team.
ex I am playing against vig . I have #4 seed Kan St. and vig has #13 seed VCU. K st is favored by 9. Kst wins the game 76-70. In that scenario Vig moves on and his new team is K-st. This way it wouldn't matter if you drew the play in game winner or Memphis you have an equal chance of winning.
If you get 128 ppl to sign up then do 2 pools(dont think you will) or you could give each person 2 teams.
setting it up is the problem as we would have to trust the person who picked the teams. I don't see that as a problem though as long as the teams are decided by tues or wed. It is all a crapshoot as long as it is ATS.
or you could just have everyone pick all the games ATS and best % wins. granted, this is tough cuz the person running the pool would have to have the lines up for all to see early enough. This can be done though as teams never have games on back to back days.

thats just really freaky as thats basically the plan for the pool.
