Re: NFL Futures/Prop Thread

Jumped the gun, Salami only gave a push, as when I left for road with 3 minutes left, Jaguars were up 17 points, then proceeded to wet the bed and give up 2 TDs in 2 1/2 minutes to a squad of JVers from KC. DelRio better tighten that ship, unacceptable to give up two TDs in at very end of game.

Props split as well, as Jackson and Smith tied in receiving yards.

NFL PROP THREAD RESULTS = 9-5-2 for + $181.25

Re: NFL Futures/Prop Thread

Tonights game bouncing around like a superball, latest odds Den +3, O/U 40sitting this one out, but if you like Pitt, then under and vica-versa Den and over. good luck whichever way, note Public on Pitt 67%.
Might personally play over 5 sacks, as both Qbs tend to hold the ball a little longer than they should, and do like over 3 1/2 fgs, but these are not plays for here.
Just wanted to update season win totals.

Update on futures NFL

NFL-FUTURES - 2009 Regular Season Wins - Cincinnati Bengals regular season wins - Over 6½ reg season wins -155 ---At 6 wins now, money in bank

NFL-FUTURES - 2009 Regular Season Wins - Green Bay Packers regular season wins - Over 8½ reg season wins -135 -----4-4 up in the air, expected 5-3 after this week, lot of survivor pools got smaller with this loss

NFL-FUTURES - 2009 Regular Season Wins - Indianapolis Colts regular season wins - Under 10 reg season wins -115 ----8-0 this baby is a loser

NFL-FUTURES - 2009 Regular Season Wins - Tennessee Titans regular season wins - Under 9 reg season wins +115 ---- 2-6 upcoming schedule not bad, but have to go 8-0 for this to lose and 7-1 for a push, hell spend the money

NOW I REMEMBER WHY I HATE THE COWBOYS!!!!

I screwed up and got emotonal. What a bunch of weird games today.
At least Bengals cashed the total wins for the year ticket, cleaning the above loss to even on the bools, but the above is not acceptable, got too greedy and paid the price. Time to dig out.

Re: NFL Futures/Prop Thread

Sorry for that beer muscle pick last week, mind was clouded and really did think Cowboys would return to old form. However, they kept Witten in to block, and Romo was horrible. My very BAD.

NFL PROP THREAD RESULTS = 9-6-2 for - $208.75 Ouch hurt to type that, but if your going to be a bear, be a Grizzly, except it ate me!!! LOL

Tonight, looking for Panthers to click and possibly see a long TD to Smith, as Miami has a tendency to give up the long ball. On the other side, fish seem to score from close in, and without Brown, will Panthers stack line and test Henne? SO;

Smith's 27yd score was looking good, until late in the 4th, Ricky blew out of the middle and took it 40 plus yds to the house. Damn, didn't see that coming, knew he would do well, but figured from close in. That Carolina D is pathetic and Fox should just run the ball on offense because Delomme is an interception waiting to happen.

Man, bookies are crying, but eff them. Nice triple winner last night, as predicted int was first turnover, Andy Reid is in love with the pass, and Deshawn gets a 48yd TD. Dead on analysis. If it wasn't for those damn Cowboys, and my alcohol induced brain lock, we would be killing it.

Mon 11/23

Myself, see a lower scoring battle tonight, leaning on under and Houston. Feel that Houston stacks box and dares Young to beat them. Do not think he is capable of pulling it off, especially with Super Mario breathing on his neck. Vince throws 2 ints tonight and looks to Scaife as his hot route. Brown boots 3fg, all we'll need is one by ScoobeDOO.
Bud is gonna git me. So, lets do three;

Wager type : Proposition/Future

first turnover of the game will be
Pass Interception -155

Select #3 : .NFL - 435 - Tennessee Titans vs Houston Texans Total pass receiving yards by Bo Scaife

Risking 36.25 To Win 25.00 USD

Re: NFL Futures/Prop Thread

Well, that game showed that Andre Johnson needs someone on the other wing to help, and Walter isn't the answer. Kubiak should convert Walter to toghtend and develop one of the other recievers. Young on the other hand moght just develop into a good qb, his running out of the pocket for 1st down was impressive, defenses will have to play closer to line, this in the next few weeks could open up deep routes, provided Young stays accurate.
If Bullock doesn't tip that pass, first turnover would have been the int but cie la vie, I can live with that. As predicted, Scaife was the hot route and cashed his prop buy 10yds. What I cannot live with is those damn kickers missing 3fgs, which would have easily cashed the prop, screw you kickers, weirdos.

Re: NFL Futures/Prop Thread

Nothing offered locally to like in the early game, but a decent play for plus money in 4PM game, and late game props not up yet. Be back with that later.

Liking Louis Murphy vs Miles Austin today. Gradskowski gives the receivers chances with the underneath, ie; he is more accurate than Russel in short throws, and what most underesimate is his deep throwing ability. Cowboys secondary nothing to write home about, so Murphy should get his chances.

Austin on the other hand benefited from some shoddy tackling to put up gaudy numbers, numbers that I feel the books haven't adjusted yet. But based on his last few games, they will soon. Coupled with the excellent secondary of the Raiders, most likely Austin will be covered by ProBowler Asomugha, who will shut him down cold.

Additionally, Cowboys should have no trouble running all day long on the Raiders, as the Defensive Ends are more suited to pass rushing than run stopping. All this adds up, and I can possibly see Austin with less than the plus 24 1/2 we get with Murohy, have Murphy catch a few, and this should cash.

Wager Type: Future/Prop

Results 11/29

2ND DEAD ON CALL OF THE DAY.

While the books and oddsmen were scrambling to adjust the spread and especially the juice on the Titans after Warner's late scratch, most forgot to adjust or flag the props. This is where you can wreck the books. This was a true oddsmaker error, why give 70 1/2 pass and rush yards to a guy capable of doing both, when the guy on the other side is no great shakes and is no threat to move out of the pocket.

While won't say I figured Young to set a career mark in passing yds, did have him down for 30- 45 rushing and 175-200 passing, which would have meant the backup Leinert would have to throw for 320yds, no chance.

Re: NFL Futures/Prop Thread

Should be a free flowing game tonight, and that sets up well for a nutjob like Shockey. Like the former Giant or not, this guy can catch and always gets up for the big games.
He had low output in yardage last week, but was not needed against an overmatched Bucs team. Patriots LB's not anything to write home about, so I have Jeremy down in my book for between 50 to 65yds tonight. Moore being out helps, as the remaing wideouts are not as apt to go across the middle as he did so frequently. Therefore;

Wager type : Proposition/Future
Select #1 : .NFL - 229 - New England Pa vs New Orleans Saints

Been off a little on my NFL props, but smoking in NBA, so going to take some chances here. Mind you, I have Jones-Drew starting in my big
$$ fantasy league, so got to support him. Jack DelRio must realize by now, that he has to utilize Jones on the swing pass, hope Garrad sees it as well, lately seems to be in love with the long pass.

Counting on Giants and Cowboys D's to show up, so 44 1/2 yds is fair, barrinmg any specialteam disasters or Romo/Eli picks. Therefore;

Wager type : Proposition/Future
Select #1 : .NFL - 341 - Houston Texans vs Jacksonville J
Player TOT - Houston Texans vs Jacksonville J
Jones Drew total rush+receiving yards
Over 120½ rush+receiving yards +130
Risking 50.00 To Win 65.00 USD

Wager type : Proposition/Future
Select #1 : .NFL - 361 - Dallas Cowboys vs New York Giant
Game TOT - Dallas Cowboys vs New York Giant
The longest touchdown score in the game will be
Under 44½ yards -115
Risking 57.50 To Win 50.00 USD

Re: NFL Futures/Prop Thread

*** here is hand, as I got my *** handed to me in the props. DelRio is still trying to make Garrad a 300 yd passer. If he stuck with the run early, game wouldn't have gotten close, heel throw somes screens. Jone-Drew was outstanding in the final 5 minutes, getting the majority of his yards, had we had more commitment to the run in the 1st half Jones would have buried this number, but we still lose.
The other game, Jacobs catches a screen and goes for 74yds, with the help of bad tackling, made us lose the long td prop. Would have lost due to Hixon's return anyway, but could live with that.
