Capper's Lounge Survival Pool
This is the page you will go to see who is left in the contest, everyone's selections and which teams you have left to choose from. You can start posting your selection anytime now for Week 7 (and beyond if you want).

HERE ARE THE RULES: (SIGNUP DEADLINE was Wednesday SEPTEMBER 5th)

1. You must select a different football team for each week of the NFL regular season. The object of the contest is to pick the winner of one game per week. Once you have selected a team, you cannot select that team again for the remainder of the season. There is no point spread for any of the games (Your selection must win straight-up). I will put up a fancy schmancy table on a blank website to keep track of the contest including who you have picked and who you have left to pick from so you don't need to keep track of that yourself.

2. Advancing: If the team selected wins, you will advance to the next round. If the team selected loses or ties, you are eliminated.

3. Selection Deadline: All picks must be in before the start of the game you are selecting. You may make picks weeks in advance if you wish to (for the whole season if you want to). Someone who plans on going on vacation for two weeks or something should just make picks ahead of time.

4. Failure to Pick: If you miss the deadline to select a team for any given week, you will be eliminated. No exceptions.

5. Game Cancellation: If a game is postponed, cancelled or not completed for any reason whatsoever, the affected contestant(s) will be assigned the appropriate default pick. The default pick is the next team available from your list of available teams to pick from in alphabetical order, so Atlanta has a real good chance of being everyone's default pick. This is probably not even gonna come up but I had to have something in place in case it does.

6. Eligibility: Any Cappers Lounge member with 10 or more posts.

7. Prize: $200 for last man standing. $50 for 2nd. Ties will split prize money. IC is the sponsore of this contest so the monies will be mailed to you via paypal by him so you net $250.

8. Final Decisions: The decisions of the Contest Moderator (me) are final on all matters. Shouldn't come up either. It is a pretty cut and dried contest.

Being a Giant fan thats a good choice, HOWEVER i'm going with Pittsburg--jack

Jack, I think that's a good choice as well. I just try not to pick road teams if at all possible. But they are playing solid football, especially on defense.

New York Giants. Not trying to copy everyone. SF having to travel East makes it harder on them.
