I will be playing at least 10 prop bets for the Super Bowl and my goal is to hit 70%. There are a lot of props that come out for the big game and I am going to focus on the ones that actually involve some sort of capping as opposed to guessing (coin toss). I am playing all of these for $100 each.
The first prop I have is a close to a lock as I could ever think I may have as this guy has stepped up big in the playoffs and he and Brady are masters of the screen pass.
Kevin Faulk over 32.5 yards receiving -120 100 to win 83.33
The second prop I have is more of a chance that Eli will be Eli and the Patriots leading cornerback will step up big when it counts. It also presents us with a TON of value.
Will Asante Samuel have an interception: YES +250 100 to win 250.00
I dont know about that faulk pick stock. Patriots line healthy now not like when these teams locked up a month ago. Plenty of protection in a nice warm atmosphere. I think Moss takes a lot of the receiving yards in this game and the Pats light it up on the Giants. Personally I think the screen pass takes a backseat to the 20 yard pass in this one.
My feeling on the game is that Brady and Moss are going to light up the Giants defense, especially after Brady not being too pleased that Burress predicts the Pats will only score 17 points. I wouldn't be surprised to see Brady throw a bomb to Moss on the 1st play of the game. The following props should cash if I am correct:
Longest Reception by Randy Moss: over 34 1/2 yards EVEN $100 to win $100
Passing Yards by Tom Brady: over 299 1/2 EVEN $100 to win $100
Receiving Yards by Randy Moss: over 92 1/2 -110 $100 to win $90.90
Receptions by Randy Moss: over 5 1/2 -120 $100 to win $83.33
Will Wes Welker Score A TD: YES -105 $100 to win $95.24
This one is a long shot, but I am going to put $50 on it, as it does have a decent chance, especially if the Patriots get down inside the 10 yard line.
Will Mike Vrabel score a touchdown: YES +550 $50 to win $275
