  • Thursday October 11, 2018 - New York Giants vs. Philadelphia Eagles

There is a lot of drama in New York City. But, the New York Giants need a win, and they need it badly. The defending champions are just off. SOmething is off with the Philadelphia Eagles. Remember, last season when the Giants went nuts on the Eagles with Odell Beckham Jr leading the charge? This is a home game, and the Giants are going to score a bunch of points. They may FINALLY get to 30 points. The Giants will beat the Eagles on Thursday Night Football

New York Giants +3.5 over Philadelphia Eagles

    • Friday October 12, 2018 - Los Angeles Dodgers at Milwaukee Brewers

The Milwaukee Brewers are the hottest team in Major League Baseball, but they are going up against one of the best pitchers in the game. Clayton Kershaw gets a chance to set the tone in Game 1. He is going to get the job done. The left-hander takes care of the work for the Dodgers and they win Game 1 on the road.

Los Angeles Dodgers -160 over Milwaukee Brewers

      • Saturday October 13, 2018 - Oklahoma State Cowboys at Kansas State Wildcats

This used to be quite the rivalry and quite the game. Then Kansas State fell flat on their face and got off to a 2-4 start. The Cowboys are 4-2 but are ready to bounce back with a vengeance in this game. Do not be surprised if Mike Gundy has his Cowboys ready to put up 50 in this game. The Oklahoma State offense is way too much, and Kansas State will be unable to keep up. The Wildcats have lost twice by 20+ points. This is likely a third. Take the Cowboys.

Oklahoma State Cowboys -7 over Kansas State Wildcats

        • Sunday October 14, 2018 - Atlanta Falcons vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

We have got to get back on track. This seems like a good spot for Atlanta to take care of business. The Buccaneers are coming off their bye week. Jameis Winston is the quarterback now for the Buccaneers after coming back from suspension. Look for points to be scored, but Atlanta scores plenty and runs away with this game.

          • Monday October 15, 2018 - Green Bay Packers vs. San Francisco 49ers

Everyone is on the Packers. And so are we. It's tough to think the 49ers have a chance to win in Green Bay. It's also tough to think they will cover the spread. Too much green.

            • Tuesday October 16, 2018 - Houston Astros vs. Boston Red Sox

Game 3. What a huge game. The Astros and the Red Sox. 211 combined regular season wins. Winner takes a 2-1 lead in the series. The pitching matchup is not the most sexy, but hey here we go.

Nathan Eovaldi went 6-7 this season during the regular season, and Dallas Keuchel finished with a 12-11 record. While the starters are not going to go TOO deep in this game, the Astros are going to get to Eovaldi before the Red Sox get to Kuechel.

Look for the Astros offense to get going at home and win this big home game.

Take the home team. Houston Astros -135 over Boston Red Sox

              • Wednesday October 17, 2018 - Detroit Pistons vs Brooklyn Nets

Man - the Play of the Day needs to get back on track. Our pick tonight goes in the NBAm where the Pistons are at home against the Nets. Andre Drummond and company are going to get on the board a bunch as the Nets are unable to slow them down. Take the Pistons at home over the Nets.

Detroit Pistons -4.5 over Brooklyn Nets

                • Thursday October 18, 2018 - Washington Wizards vs. Miami Heat

Several games we like, but going back to the NBA tonight for our Play of the Day. 1 of 3 games tonight. The Wizards are opening the season, and the Heat are playing back to back games... Washington is projected at the top of the Eastern Conference, while the Heat are going to be a fringe postseason team. Orlando beat the Heat at home, and now they have to travel on the road. Look for another slow start, and the Heat fall in the nation's capital.

Washington Wizards -4 over Miami Heat

                  • Friday, October 19, 2018 - Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Cleveland Cavaliers

Both teams are winless on the season. The Timberwolves battled hard in San Antonio. Look for Jimmy Butler and the Timberwolves to get off to a quick start at home in this game, and come away with the home win. The 8 point spread is not the best, but trust that Minnesota and their starters get the job done.

Minnesota Timberwolves -8 over Cleveland Cavaliers

                    • Saturday October 20, 2018 - Wisconsin Badgers vs. Illinois Fighting Illini

Look, Wisconsin is probably not really one of the Top 25 teams in the country. But, Illinois is atrociously bad. The Illini are coming off an absolute butt kicking at home to the Purdue Boilermakers. Wisconsin look to bounce back with their 25 point loss at Michigan. Look for Jonathan Taylor to have a great game against the poor Illinois defense, and the Badgers keep the Orange and Blue out of the end zone more times than not. In the end, Wisconsin wins this game by 4+ scores.

Wisconsin Badgers -24 over Illinois Fighting Illini

                      • Sunday October 21, 2018 - New England Patriots at Chicago Bears

All this talk about the Chicago Bears, and how they are a contender. But, did you see the Bears in the road loss on South Beach? That's the Bears we know and love. New England is going to come to town and win this game. Tom Brady and company win their 5th of the season.

New England Patriots -2 over Chicago Bears

                        • Monday, October 22, 2018 - Atlanta Falcons vs. New York Giants
Two teams that have been relative dumpster fires this season will get together on Monday Night Football. The New York Giants are on the road at the Atlanta Falcons. The Giants are 1-5 on the season and the Falcons are 2-4. The Giants are in last in the NFC East and the Falcons are in last in the NFC South. Julio Jones is on one side and Odell Beckham Jr is on the other. Matt Ryan and Eli Manning are the quarterbacks. As they age - they struggle to keep up. Look for both teams to miss the postseason this season, but in this game on Monday Night Football - someone has to win. Take the Falcons over the Giants. Atlanta Falcons -3 over New York Giants
