BLUE CHIP TOTAL BLOWOUT
Ben Burns went a PERFECT 5-0 yesterday, improving to 17-2 his L19 Thursday releases. That included a 3-0 SWEEP on the gridiron, bringing him to an AMAZING 27-3 (90%!) with his Thurs ftb picks this season, incl. a PERFECT 11-0 with his totals. Burns LOVES the WAC, recently winning OUTRIGHT with Utah St over Hawaii. Hop on board!
Yup, actually had 4 plays last night. A few more than normal for a Thursday, but when you find value you need to pull the trigger. Went 3-1= +3.6 units.
Denver +3 to win 4 units W, outright
Maryland +3 to win 4 units L, lost cover by TD
Maryland Under 42 to win 2 units W, easy cover
Blazers +6 to win 2 units W, outright
Even though I saved my picks for the week on Yahoo, I forgot to put a confidence number next to Denver (which is in my top 5 this week). Oh well, that stuff tends to happen when the NFL has a Thursday game.
2 plays going tonight, 3 in CFB tomorrow, and 3 in the NFL. Hoping to get some back this weekend as it has been a struggle lately. Good Luck!
By the way, Ben Burns is on a tear lately. I followed 3 of his plays last night and they all cashed. He did go 4-0 on the night and he is 11-1 his last 12 plays. If you can find his plays in the Service thread they have been money!
Anytime you can buy the .5 to a round number there is value, but do you even want 53 is the question? I think I will wait until the halftime line comes out because I am curious to see the variance compared to the gametime total. Personally, I like 54 as a total number (6 TD's, 4 FD's) to push. From past experience, anytime Boise St. is on ESPN they make a statement and usually cover. I think they come out fast and take the lead and then things slow down in the second half and the clock will keep moving. I do like Boise St. to cover -14 in the first half and I am still considering that for a small 1 unit play. I do hope there are some points put up in the first half so the 2nd half total is inflated. I don't think this game goes Over 59 and it should stay below 54. So that is the range of variance I am looking for.
